Hi, I’m Tribhuvan — and I got tired of treating symptoms instead of causes

Like a lot of people in their late twenties, I spent years doing “everything right” — eating what I thought was healthy, staying active, trying to manage stress — and still felt off. Constant bloating, energy crashes, skin flares, a kind of low-level exhaustion that wouldn’t shift no matter how much sleep I got.

Doctors ran tests, found nothing alarming, and sent me home. So I started digging deeper myself.

Why I started writing publicly
